Air Fried Mushrooms

Fried mushrooms are a favorite snack or appetizer (and occasionally a side). Ingredients:
Wet Dredging Ingredients :
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning I used Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning recipe
1 pound crimini mushrooms also known as baby portobellas. White button mushrooms are okay
Dry Dredging Ingredients (or use about 1.5-2 cups of KFO Dry Dredging Mix recipe) :

Instructions:
  • First step is Wipe any surface dirt from mushrooms. Cut your mushrooms into quarters.
  • And then, Combine wet dredging ingredients together, in a dish or a bowl.
