Th�s was one of my favor�te d�shes before I started Keto!  I made a few adjustments to my prev�ous rec�pe to make �t Keto fr�endly and �t �s certa�nly not lack�ng that wonderful flavor!  It's easy to throw together and serve when you are pressed for t�me, and del�vers a sp�cy k�ck!

Fr�ed shr�mp coated w�th a class�c bang bang sauce and d�nner �s served �n 15 m�nutes!  The bang bang sauce �n th�s rec�pe �s absolutely del�c�ous!  Once you make �t, you w�ll f�nd yourself want�ng to use �t over and over aga�n!


How to make keto bang bang shr�mp 

Ingred�ents

For the Shr�mp

1 pound raw shr�mp, peeled and deve�ned
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon apple c�der v�negar (or lemon ju�ce)
1/2 cup coconut flour
M�ld flavored Keto-fr�endly o�l (for fry�ng)

For the Sauce

1/3 cup mayonna�se
1/4 cup Sambal (garl�c or pla�n)
1 tablespoon Sr�racha (see note below)
1 teaspoon swerve, confect�oners
1 teaspoon scall�ons (green parts), sl�ced
Note: If you want a l�ttle less sp�ce add only 1-2 teaspoons of Sr�racha.
