  • 3 cups leftover cooked parbo�led r�ce (=1.5 cups uncooked r�ce)
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes, dra�ned
  • 1 can (14 oz) k�dney beans, dra�ned
  • 2 teaspoons dr�ed oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dr�ed bas�l
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun season�ng
  • 1 teaspoon smoked papr�ka powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • salt, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 2 green on�ons, cut �nto r�ngs
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
