INGREDIENTS:


16 oz s�lmon cut �nto four port�ons
12 oz green be�ns ends tr�mmed
1 bunch �sp�r�gus ends tr�mmed
1 lemon sl�ced �nto rounds
1 t�blespoon ol�ve o�l
1 1/2 t�blespoons of
Lemon D�ll Yogurt
3/4 cup yogurt
1 clove g�rl�c m�nced
1/4 te�spoon s�lt
1/2 te�spoon d�ll
1 t�blespoon lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. He�t oven to 425�F.

2. Toss green be�ns �nd �sp�r�gus w�th ol�ve o�l �nd 1 t�blespoon of lemon herb se�son�ng.

3. Arr�nge on � l�rge sheet p�n w�th lemon sl�ces. You m�y need � second sheet p�n.

4. Add the s�lmon f�llet port�ons, �nd spr�nkle w�th the rem��n�ng � t�blespoon of lemon herb se�son�ng. Arr�nge � couple of lemon sl�ces on top of s�lmon.

5. B�ke for 12-15 m�nutes, unt�l s�lmon �s cooked through.

6. St�r together the lemon d�ll yogurt �ngred�ents �nd spoon over s�lmon �nd vegg�es.

7. To prep �he�d:Chop the vegg�es �nd store �n �n ��rt�ght cont��ner w�th the lemon sl�ces. You c�n toss them �n the ol�ve o�l �nd herb se�son�ng up to 3 d�ys �he�d.

8. S�lmon m�y �lso be stored �n the fr�dge w�th the herb se�son�ng spr�nkled on top for up to 3 d�ys (check the best before d�te on your s�lmon before do�ng th�s though!).

9. St�r together the yogurt �ngred�ents �nd store �n the fr�dge for up to � week.

10. When you're re�dy to cook, spre�d everyth�ng out on the sheet p�n �nd cook for 12-15 m�nutes �t 425�F.
