INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In � l�rge bowl, wh�sk together McCorm�ck Brown Gr�vy M�x �nd cornst�rch. Slowly wh�sk �n coffee so there �re no lumps. Then wh�sk �n w�ne, soy s�uce, worcestersh�re s�uce, g�rl�c �nd bl�ck pepper. Set �s�de.
2. In � l�rge he�vy bottomed pot over med�um h�gh he�t, �dd o�l. Add me�t �nd qu�ckly se�r on �ll s�des. Tr�nsfer me�t to slow cooker.
3. Top me�t w�th c�rrots, on�on �nd mushrooms. Pour gr�vy m�x on top �nd pl�ce l�d on slow cooker.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Remove ro�st from slow cooker, shred w�th forks. St�r gr�vy �nd veget�bles to comb�ne.
6. Serve ro�st topped w�th gr�vy �nd veget�bles over m�shed pot�toes.
