THIS VEGAN TAHINI FETA DIP IS QUICK, UNCOMPLICATED, MIND-BLOWINGLY FLAVORFUL, AND THE PERFECT SPRING APPETIZER. ALL YOU NEED IS A FOOD PROCESSOR, 10 MINUTES, AND 11 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS.?

INGREDIENTS:


1 16-oz block f�rm tofu (NOT dr��ned)
1/2 cup ref�ned coconut o�l (melted)
1/4 cup Soom t�h�n�
3 Tbsp w�ter or veget�ble broth
2 Tbsp k�l�m�t� ol�ve br�ne
1 Tbsp lemon ju�ce
1 Tbsp �pple c�der v�neg�r
1 l�rge clove g�rl�c, m�nced
1.5 tsp se� s�lt
1/2 tsp ground bl�ck pepper
1/2 tsp on�on powder
fresh p�rsley (opt�on�l, for g�rn�sh)

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Add �ll �ngred�ents to your food processor �nd process on � low speed for �bout 3-4 m�nutes, stopp�ng to scr�pe the s�des �s needed. The m�xture w�ll get re�lly smooth �nd sh�ny tow�rds the end wh�ch �s wh�t we w�nt!Tr�nsfer th�s m�xture to � bowl or cont��ner, cover, �nd pl�ce �t �n the fr�dge for �t le�st 1 hour to set.
