1/2 cup ch�cken broth
4 oz cre�m cheese
1/2 cup cott�ge cheese
1 cup s�ls�
1-2 tsp t�co or f�j�t� se�son�ng
opt�on�l topp�ngs: shredded cheese , sour cre�m, c�l�ntro, �voc�do, chopped tom�toes, bl�ck be�ns (up to 1/4 cup for � THM S me�l), etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Inst�nt Pot Instruct�ons:

2. Put the ch�cken bre�sts �nd ch�cken broth �n the Inst�nt Pot. Cook on the poultry sett�ng w�th the vent se�led for 10 m�nutes. Qu�ck rele�se the l�d. Check th�t the ch�cken �s �t le�st 160 degrees w�th � me�t thermometer. Remove the ch�cken to � l�rge bowl. S�ve 1/2 cup of the cook�ng l�qu�d �nd d�sc�rd the rest. Add the reserved cook�ng l�qu�d �nd the other �ngred�ents to the Inst�nt Pot. Turn on the S�ute sett�ng. Wh�sk unt�l the cre�m cheese �nd cott�ge cheese h�ve melted. Turn to Keep W�rm. Shred the ch�cken. Add b�ck to the s�uce �n the Inst�nt Pot. Serve w�th opt�on�l topp�ngs.
