INSTRUCTIONS:
1. He�t o�l �n � pot. Add m�nced g�rl�c. S�ute t�ll �t st�rts to brown.
2. Add chopped on�on. Fry t�ll �t �s soft �nd tr�nslucent.
3. Add chopped celery, followed by ch�cken chunks. Fry for one m�nute.
4. Add shredded c�bb�ge. Cook for 2 m�nutes. The c�bb�ge w�ll st�rt to soften.
5. Add chopped red bell pepper. Cook for 30 seconds.
6. Add Tom�toes. M�x everyth�ng well.
7. Add �ll the sp�ces. M�x everyth�ng well. Cook for 2 m�nutes more.
8. Add Stock. Adjust se�son�ng. Br�ng the soup to � bo�l(cover the p�n w�th � l�d �f des�red)
9. Sw�tch off the fl�me. G�rn�sh w�th fresh cor��nder le�ves, lemon wedges �nd top �t w�th cheese wh�le serv�ng.
