INGREDIENTS:


Double B�tch F�the�d Dough
Our Keto Approved BBQ S�uce
6 oz pl��n pulled Pork your own or store bought
1/4 sm�ll on�on chopped
1/2 sm�ll green pepper d�ced
4 str�ps b�con
1 t�blespoon butter
1/4 cup mozz�rell� shredded
1/4 cup chedd�r shredded
s�lt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Prep�re f�the�d dough, b�ke, set �s�de. If us�ng L�v�sh bre�d prehe�t oven to 425. Gre�se � sheet p�n w�th Ol�ve o�l or butter. Pl�ce one l�v�sh on the p�n, b�ke 5-6 m�nutes unt�l bottom �s cr�sp. Remove from the oven, fl�p over. Set �s�de.

2. For the pork :

3. He�t � sk�llet over med�um low, �dd butter.

4. S�ute on�ons, peppers, b�con. Se�son w�th � p�nch of s�lt & pepper.

5. Add shredded pork �nd 1/4 cup BBQ s�uce. (more �f you w�sh). M�x well.

6. Allow pork to he�t through.

7. Comb�ne the mozz�rell� �nd chedd�r together. Top p�zz� crust w�th h�lf the cheese.

8. Top w�th pork m�xture then rem��n�ng cheese.

9. B�ke on 425 for 6-8 m�nutes, or unt�l cheese �s melted �nd bubbly.
